The 2006 Spring Meeting took place on Saturday, May 6 at Pat & Larry's (formerly Franco's) in Willows. The meeting commenced at 12 noon and the guest speaker was Mike Dugas of the U.S. Forest Service. His topic and presentation covered the centennial of the U. S. Forest Service and recent archaeological projects in the Mendocino National Forest. There were also items on display for view. After Mr. Dugas' presentation, a delicious lunch was served. After lunch, Mr. Clark Cook, the webmaster gave a presentation on the website that was viewed by the membership from his laptop computer and projected onto the wall. This gave everyone a chance to see the actual website and Mr. Cook was able to answer any questions.
